As if we need any more reason to drink that delicious, chocolatey brown elixir we call coffee. Not only is coffee undeniably scrumptious, energizing, and even warms you up on a cold day, but it’s also extremely good for you. According to Authority Nutrition, there are seven – count ‘em – SEVEN more reasons why coffee is amazing. Amongst them are:

While coffee has all of these great benefits, keep in mind that all things are good for you in moderation.
