While sitting in a rocking chair knitting a scarf for your grandson or petting one of your six cats, you don’t want to look back and think “I wish I’d done that.” Our generation is growing up fast, and many of us are already looking back – if only a few years – and thinking we should have taken an opportunity here or there. Now’s the time to start living each day to the max, getting out there and doing the things you love. Take the leap, carpe diem and all that jazz – before you wind up living with these regrets.
All those nights, you chose to watch Netflix instead of going to a concert or a new film – you’ll never know who you could’ve met, or what you could’ve learned.
You’ll learn things traveling that just can’t be taught in school, and getting away gets a lot harder when you’ve got kids.
Do what you want, not what others want you to do. Make up your mind and go for it.
