Hugh Hefner’s famous Playboy Mansion is going to be up for sale, according to a report.

The impressive six-acre property and setting for some of the craziest parties in L.A. will be listed sometime next month, according to TMZ.

Playboy Enterprises, the Holmby Hills estate’s owner, is hoping to get around $200 million for it, TMZ has reported. That’s nothing to sneeze at — not even for a Playboy bunny.

However, real estate sources told TMZ that the mansion would most likely sell for around $80 to $90 million — and, get this — that in actual fact, the building will probably just get torn down because the value is actually in the six acres of property that the mansion sits on.

Imagine it — the host location for the wildest fiestas one could imagine — filled with beautiful lingerie-clad women and  guests sipping on the finest martinis by the pool — will most likely get bulldozed to rubble.

According to Jamie Lee Curtis Taete, who wrote of his much-anticipated visit to the party palace in Vice, the mansion is not all that it’s cracked up to be. He writes of the unimpressive bathrooms and towels, which according to him “weren’t nice enough to steal.”

Apparently there are also some conditions that go along with the sale of the giant house. One of them being that the person who buys the property has to give Hugh Hefner a life estate — meaning that Hugh can keep on living in the place with his wife, Crystal Harris until he dies.

Well, would that be so bad? Having Hugh and Crystal as roommates in a gigantic mansion where you probably wouldn’t even notice them?

What’s the other condition? Prospective buyers may view the property once it is finally up for sale, but TMZ reported that Hugh’s bedroom is strictly off limits during the tour. Hmm — makes you wonder, doesn’t it? What does Hugh Hefner keep in his bedroom? Or do we want to know …
